Refund & Returns Policy

 

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you need to return a book, please review our refund, and return guidelines below:

 

Returns Process

 

•  If you wish to return a book, it must be sent back within 2 business days of receiving it. And restocking fee of 10% will be applied.

•  Returns are only accepted after the book has been received and inspected by us.

 

Refund Policy

 

•  Standard Refunds:

      •   Once we receive the returned book, we will issue a refund minus a $20 fee to cover the outgoing shipping cost to you.

      •   The shipping cost for returning the book is the responsibility of the buyer.

•  Defective Items:

      •   If the book is found to be defective (damaged and incorrect), we will issue a full refund and cover the return shipping.

 

Important Notes

 

•  Returned books must be in the same condition as when received. Books with additional damage, markings, or missing items may not qualify for a refund.

•  Refunds will be processed within 1 business day of us receiving the returned item.
